Q: How long do I have to use my Smart Circle Cards? A: This depends on the card. Most sports team and golf cards expire at the end of the current season. Spas and salon cards are usually valid for 6 months or more from the date of purchase. The expiration date is always listed in the detailed description for each product. Q: What if I'm not happy with my card? A: We want you to be happy! If your purchase is not what you expected or you change your mind for any reason, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase and you can exchange for another card within 90 days. Contact us for a refund reference number and we’ll tell you where to send your unused card (you do have to pay the postage for returning the card). If you decide to return your card, call us at 800-775-1975 or email us at customer.service@thesmartcircle.com and we will get you a refund ID number. Refunds are not available for expired cards.
Q: What do I do if I have trouble using my Smart Circle Card? A: Merchants love our customers! However, if there is a problem of any kind, please call us immediately at 800-775-1975 or email us at customer.service@thesmartcircle.com and we will speak to the merchant on your behalf. Problems are very rare and usually the result of an associate at the merchant not being aware of the promotion for some reason. See above for questions regarding refunds.
Q: Why can’t I download the offers? A: These discounts are simply too deep to allow downloading over the internet. Our special printing and registration techniques provide a special measure of security. Shipping the card to a physical address also helps us ensure that you are truly an interested customer and not someone trying to profit from the resale of the offers (which is prohibited).
Q: These cards are great! Can I resell them? A: Unfortunately, reselling a card voids it. Our merchants don’t want these cards showing up on online auctions or in the hands of scalpers, for example. The cards are designed for your use and enjoyment!
